When will the bank transfer reach my iCard for Business account?

The processing time depends on the type of the transfer:

• Transfers in EUR from EEA countries - regular SEPA transfers usually take 1-2 business days to arrive. If the sending bank supports SEPA Instant Credit transfers and the transfer was sent as such, the funds will be processed and sent in 10 seconds.
• Transfers in GBP, CHF, RON, RON, CZK, PLN, and ISK from EEA countries – such transfers usually take 3-5 business days to be processed.
• Transfers in BGN – such transfers usually take 1 business day to arrive. If the transfer has been sent before 1:00 PM (UTC +02:00) on a business day, it will be processed on the same day. If the sender's bank supports instant transfers in BGN (blink) and the transfer was sent as such, it will be processed in 10 seconds.
• Transfers outside EEA countries – all transfers in other currencies or from countries outside the EEA are usually received in 3-5 business days. Keep in mind that we can process a bank transfer only if the recipient’s bank is located in a country that is part of our list of allowed countries for receiving bank transfers.

If your bank transfer is taking longer than the defined time frame, you may first check in with the sending bank to see if the transfer was executed, or if it was stopped for additional checks. 

In case it has already been executed, contact us to make an additional check. Before doing so, please prepare the payment order for the transfer, as well as all details related to it (sender, IBAN, amount, currency).
