What happens if a salary payment fails?
If a particular payment cannot be processed, it will be displayed on the preview screen after uploading the mass transfer file. Please check the displayed reason why this transfer cannot be processed by the system. If the error is related to the file format or the filled information, you can easily edit and upload it again. If the issue persists or there is another error, please contact us at support@icard.com to investigate the case.
