What is Payroll?

In simple terms, payroll refers to the process of paying salaries to employees. It encompasses creating and managing an employee list and processing mass transfers for salary payments and other benefits payable at the end of a payroll period.

The Payroll module, offered by the iCard for Business online platform, is very convenient since it is related to the iCard Digital Wallet. This means that your employees can register for a personal account free of charge and receive their salaries. 

Here are some of the benefits of our solution:

How does it work?

Managing your company's payroll has never been easier with the iCard for Business online platform. You can create a list of your employees and upload it in the ‘Payroll’ module. Once uploaded, all your employees will receive notifications to download the iCard Digital Wallet app. They just need to create an account and get their iCard Visa card for free. Once their accounts are created, their IBANs will be displayed in the 'Payroll' module and can be exported for processing mass transfers and paying salaries.
