To change your billing address, please send us a request from your registered e-mail at support@icard.com, or start a live chat. You should provide us with proof of your address. This can either be a bank statement, or a recent utility bill (electricity, water, landline phone, Internet, or TV) with your name and new address, issued within the last three months. Alternatively, you may provide a government-issued document (e.g. residency certificate, tax bill or similar).
Kindly note that screenshots can’t be accepted. The requested document can either be an electronic extract, a paper scan, or a photo of the original.
