Money transfers

My outgoing bank transfer has not been received yet. What can I do?

If you’ve received a notification that your transfer was executed but it still hasn’t been received by the recipient, you can do one of the following:

  • Double-check the estimated arrival times here;
  • Download a transfer confirmation and send it to the beneficiary to check with them if the details are correct;
  • Ask the receiver to check with their bank. Keep in mind that the transfer can be delayed in case the receiving bank wants to conduct additional checks.

In case you want to start an investigation, you should send a request to support@icard.com. Keep in mind that there’s a fee applied according to your Tariff, based on the transfer type.
