What is the validity of a payment request?

The default period of each new payment request is set for 30 days but you can choose a period between 1 and 90 days. In case your customer tries to pay the payment request after the link has expired, they will not be able to complete the payment. In this case, you will have to create a new payment request through the iCard for Business online platform.
